The 3 Doors

The 3 Doors offers meditation retreats, seminars, online guided meditations, and an Academy program.  Founded by Tibetan meditation master Tenzin Wangyal Rinpoche, The 3 Doors teaches meditation methods that are relevant and accessible to modern life. The signature program is The 3 Doors Academy, a series of retreats taking place over a two and a half year period that guide participants to explore the power of meditation and community to support self-discovery, personal transformation, and actions that benefit others.

Ligmincha International

Ligmincha International is a worldwide network of centers and sanghas founded by Geshe Tenzin Wangyal Rinpoche. Serenity Ridge, a year-round retreat center located in Nelson County, Virginia, USA, is the headquarters of Ligmincha International.

Our organization, was founded in 1992 as Ligmincha Institute in order to preserve the ancient teachings, transmissions and practices of the Bön Buddhist tradition of Tibet. As the indigenous religion of Tibet and one of the world's most ancient unbroken spiritual traditions, the Bön tradition has a rich and unique heritage.
